StemzTM is a cut-flower wholesaler who partners with flower farmers to provide 100% regionally grown ingredients to floral creatives on a larger-scale. This is achieved through both our supportive Priority Advance OrderTM service and our online Live Field InventoryTM. All with convenient delivery or pick-up options.

Stemz is the supportive bridge between hardworking flower farmers and hardworking floral designers. We make it easier for farmers to sell their flowers. We make it easier for floral creatives to buy regionally grown flowers. Regional flowers made easy for everyone.
We work towards creating an environment for flower farming as a profession to exponentially grow. And we envision a new floral design experience in which sourcing locally for events and shops is incredibly doable, dependable, and celebrated.
A STEMZ core principle is to help our farm partners be more profitable & efficient each season they grow with us. Yearly sales data & feedback to assist with future planning are a key part of that, along with our seasonal proprietary trend forecasting reports.
“I am a self-proclaimed flower junkie. I started my journey in the floral industry at age 16 working in a flower shop after school. I studied horticulture in college, worked in many other floral shops & owned a floral event company for 13 years.
In 2018 I felt a need for a change; I wanted to use my experience for something different in this industry. Initially, I had an itch to be a flower farmer. However, I had a startling realization that as a floral buyer I purchased very little local product. I asked myself, why?
With no good answer to my question I decided to switch gears.
Instead of adding to the local cut flower supply chain, I decided to fix it… and Stemz was born.”

I left the corporate world to restore my family farm – quickly realizing that selling our flowers seemed to be the hardest part of the journey. Between volume swings at market, managing multiple clients + sales channels & farming – I was spent. There had to be a better way to build up a reliable & robust economy for local flowers.
Then Amy and I found each other in the flower community, along with a shared motivation to fix the problem in a way that intentionally supported both farmer and designer together.”
