On our mission to make local flowers easy, we offer two distinct ways for our buyers to easily order wholesale locally-grown flowers: Priority Advance Orders (PAO) and Live Field Inventory (LFI). Both are incredibly useful sourcing tools, but for different uses and timing! This quick summary of our two ordering options will clarify their differences and make securing locally-grown flowers for your business even more seamless.

Priority Advance Ordering (PAO): Locally-Grown Flowers on Your Schedule

With two former wedding designers on our team, we know how important it is to your work-flow and peace-of-mind to be able to pre-order flowers. That’s why we thoughtfully built our PAO system. It gives you the game-changing ability to order from a curated, visual library of local ingredients that are predicted to be available on the week of your event date.

You can place PAOs anywhere from 10 days up to an entire year in advance. By ordering early, you’re not just reserving the best blooms; you’re also helping farmers anticipate demand, which means better planning and peace-of-mind for our farmers, while building a more sustainable supply chain.

Live Field Inventory (LFI): Last-Minute Beauty, Fresh from the Field

Prefer to order more spontaneously? Or have last minute floral needs? We’ve got you covered! LFI allows you to shop 2-8 days ahead of receiving from an inventory of ingredients still available in the farmers’ fields after all PAOs have been fulfilled. LFI, just like PAO, is cut-to-order just before your upcoming receiving date.

The window to order LFI cycles weekly, always opening on the Tuesday of the week prior to your receiving week, and closing the Monday of your receiving week at 4pm. See weekly schedule below! Our farmers are constantly adding new inventory as they assess their fields, so we always recommend checking into LFI throughout the ordering window.

One More Ordering Tip…

Thanks to our one-minimum rule, you only have to reach the ordering minimum for a receiving date once, meaning you can easily add-on orders of any size after hitting the initial minimum!
